The termite inspection consists of the inspector looking for signs of termites in the crawlspace, garage, and interior/exterior of the home. The inspector fills out the NPMA 33 form for your financing requirements. The inspector is looking for live or dead termites, mud tunnels, and wood damage from termites. If termites are found, it doesn't mean the home is ruined, assessment of damage and a treatment program should be assessed.
